4) Tele-consultations

  • Tele-consults are offered for certain conditions or follow-ups.
  • A physical examination may still be required for diagnosis or surgery planning.
  • You agree not to record or share tele-consultation sessions without prior written consent.

5) Payments, Refunds & Estimates

  • Fee estimates (surgery packages, tests, procedures) are indicative and subject to change after full medical evaluation.
  • Payments made online for consultations/tests can be rescheduled; refunds are processed as per our clinic policy (contact our front desk for details).
  • EMI, insurance, and empanelment options depend on provider approval and your eligibility.

6) Prescriptions & Medical Records

  • Prescriptions are issued only after consultation with our doctors.
  • Do not self-medicate or share prescriptions.
  • Reports may be released only to the patient or an authorized representative, with valid ID.

7) Acceptable Use of Website
