Chashma Mukth Bharat — India’s New Freedom Movement

In 1947, India became free. In 2025, let’s free our eyes from glasses safely, for life.

Led by Dr. A. Siddhartha Reddy – One of India’s Top 6 ICL/IPCL Surgeons

For years, you’ve lived with spectacles — adjusting them on your nose, cleaning them every morning, worrying about the rain, the scratches, or the fog. Some of us tried LASIK, but many were told “You’re not eligible”. Others hesitated because LASIK is irreversible.

Now imagine waking up tomorrow…

Opening your eyes…

And seeing your world with confidence — without touching your glasses.

That’s the promise of Chashma Mukth Bharat.

We’ve launched this on 15th August 2025 – Independence Day — because true freedom is when you are no longer dependent on your glasses to see the faces you love, to drive confidently, to read without strain, and to look in the mirror and see you, not your frames

Why ICL/IPCL Lens Technology is Different:

Real Stories, Real Freedom

Ram from Hyderabad

"I would rate this hospital 5 out of 5 as it stands out as one of the best eye care centre in Hyderabad. I recently had cataract surgery at Babaji hospital under Dr. A. Siddartha. He is kind, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The staff were also very supportive, caring and helpful at every step. I am truly grateful for their service and care received. Highly recommended Dr. Siddartha and the team."

Vihari yarram from Bengaluru

"I would rate this hospital beyond 5 stars if possible, as it truly stands out as one of the best eye care centers in the twin cities. I’ve been struggling with severe vision issues for the past 9 years, with a power of -7 and -8. Dr. Sidharth Reddy sir took the time to thoroughly explain why ICL was a better option for me than LASIK. The entire procedure was carried out smoothly without a single issue, and I was able to see clearly within just a day, an incredible experience made possible only because of Sidharth Reddy sir. I’m extremely happy and grateful to have been treated by him. “Thank you” doesn’t feel enough to express my appreciation, sir. Extremely recommended eye centre for everyone."

Hariswar reddy From Kurnool

"My eyesight is -8 and - 9, planned for LASIK. Doctor suggested ICL surgery over LASIK. Dr Siddharth is a very skilled surgeon. Surgery is smooth and simple. You can consult Baabaji Nethralaya for better suggestions for your eye. The staff is very friendly."

Your Questions, Answered

ICL offers significant advantages, especially for those with high Glass Power, thin corneas, or dry eyes. Unlike LASIK, it doesn't remove corneal tissue and is completely reversible, providing excellent visual quality with a lower risk of side effects like dry eye.

Ideal candidates are typically between 21-45 with a stable prescription. It's an excellent option for those told they aren't suitable for LASIK due to high spectacle numbers or thin corneas.

The procedure is generally comfortable. We use topical anesthesia to keep your eyes at ease during the process. Some patients may feel mild pressure or slight discomfort, but not pain. Most notice improved vision almost immediately after the procedure.

Recovery from ICL surgery is remarkably fast. Most patients notice a significant improvement in their vision within 24 hours and can typically return to their normal daily activities within a few days.
